Any scope for 3rd Party applications?

Nov 13, 2007 in iPhone

Ever since its launch in June 2007, no permit for third party applications has been a distinct feature of Iphone. This was done to avoid the wrath of the evil hackers. An Iphone user could accept, share and download only the Apple files on his Iphone. With the Iphone 1.1.1 firmware upgrade, Iphone hacking is a ‘next to impossible’ task. This has ensured tremendous safety for the Iphone users. Thanks to the upgrade, hacking, deleting, corruption of files, viruses etc are words which don’t exist anymore.

Many Iphone have been upgraded. But folks, the issue is about the non-upgraded Iphone. They still can download all the applications they want and work on any GSM network around the world. But speculation says that Apple may give way to 3rd party applications on the Iphone, once more. Many say that Apple may tie up with some companies to permit 3rd party applications on the Iphone. No statements have yet come from the side of the officials, but yet a lot of speculation and gossip regarding this issue is on in a full frontal.

Till Apple releases its new report, sitting, patient waits or gossiping amongst us are the only options before us Iphone users.
